When resoling becomes necessary?

We resole all kinds of climbing shoes. We are official resolers of Scarpa, La Sportiva e Guma.

When resoling your climbing shoes becomes necessary?

NEWLY RESOLED SHOE.

SHOE THAT NEEDS RESOLING.

A freshly resoled shoe has a 4mm thick sole. As you climb, the sole near the toe wears out and progressively tapers. When it gets about 1mm you need to resolve the shoe.
Below are some pictures showing what a shoe looks like to be resoled: the sole is completely worn out and the sole thread is no longer continuous, the sole begins to come unstuck.

Always check your shoe's condition: a shoe resoled on time can last 4-5 resoling processes since its fundamental parts are not being compromised.

Waiting too long means risking a hole in the fascia, the 2mm layer of rubber that covers the upper and provides tension to the shoe. When the bundle is compromised, the tip must be added.

Shoe-tip, YES or NO?

Repairing cost 12€/pair

When the rand or the upper of the climbing shoes are damaged, it’s necessary to add in the tip.

This repair is only possible in addition to resoling. You can't put the toe cap on without resoling the shoe.
